The International Staff Exchange connects UK and Canadian hospitality venues with motivated, experienced professionals for the Summer 2027 season — 1st July to 1st October. No fee for host venues. You employ staff directly and provide live-in accommodation and two meals a day.

Pre-screened professionals
Every candidate has been interviewed by our team and holds a minimum of six months' verified hospitality experience. No sifting through unsuitable applications.

Placements run from 1st July to 1st October 2027 — a clean, defined season that fits perfectly around your summer peak. No ambiguity, no open-ended commitments.
Fresh international perspective
Candidates bring techniques, service styles, and ideas from a different hospitality culture — a genuine asset to your team and your guests.
No fee for host venues
There is no charge to host in 2027. You employ participants directly, provide live-in accommodation and two meals a day, and pay their wages — that's the full extent of your commitment.
Dedicated coordinator
Your named coordinator is available throughout the placement. If any issues arise, we step in quickly so your operation is never disrupted.
Build for future seasons
2027 is the inaugural year. Venues that host this summer will be first in line for future seasons as the programme grows across both countries.

How to register as a host venue
Tell us about your venue
Complete our short venue registration form — property type, location, the roles you need to fill, and confirmation that you can provide live-in accommodation and two meals a day.
We review and approve
Our team reviews your registration within 3 working days. We may arrange a brief call to learn more about your venue, team culture, and accommodation arrangements.
Meet your matched candidate
We send you a full candidate profile and arrange a three-way introduction call. You have the final say before any placement is confirmed.
Welcome them on 1st July
Your new team member arrives on 1st July 2027, ready to work through to 1st October. You employ them directly — there is no fee to you for the 2027 season.
